Service Operation

  • Request Phase: The client must submit a formal request to DATAX.
  • Analysis Phase: DATAX will assess the feasibility of processing the requested information and coordinate with the client on the design of the structure for the new databases or tools. DATAX will also estimate the processing time (in days) and provide a cost estimate for the service.
  • Processing Phase: This may be carried out at DATAX’s offices or at the client’s offices, depending on information access permissions.
  • Approval Phase: The client will review the information processed by DATAX and, once satisfied, will approve the processing model.
  • Maintenance Phase: This phase begins on the day of final approval and consists of updating and maintaining the tools created.
